Science Saturday: Horrifying Hurricanes

Tropical cyclones are rain makers.
Terrible typhoons are home breakers.
     They wash away
     And ruin the day.
Horrible hurricanes are life takers.

Cyclones run counterclockwise
They cause gigantic demise.
     They swell in the sea,
Grow as big as can be.
Evacuation would be wise.

When circumstances are right,
A superstorm joins the fight.
    Don't be a hero.
    You may be a zero.
If it's too late, bunker tight.

Prepare yourself before May.
Cyclone season won't delay.
     Buy canned food, candles,
     Water, and sandals.
Plan for an extended stay.
