Math Monday: Happening Hypotheses

A hypothesis is an educated guess.
It needs testing and nothing less.
Hypotheses are the part with "if."
Conclusions have "then," which can be tested in a jiff.
If the banana is yellow, then it is ready to eat.
If a runner is tired, then they may want a seat.
If leaves turn orange, then it is fall.
If parents are giants, then the child will grow tall.
If I pet a kitty, then they will purr.
If I jump on the sleeping Daddy, then he will stir.
If "x" is a negative number, then it can't be zero or above.
If Mommy hugs me, then she is showing her love.
Don't forget to test these.
Be responsible when you make hypotheses.
